| 1. Violent
behaviour, swearing or spitting will not be tolerated.
2. Any jewellery must be removed
prior to each session and long hair tied back.
3. Extra fluids should be brought
to all sessions. Children need far more liquid intake than adults
but they are often the last to realise it!
4. Inside sessions:
Extra clothing is needed e.g.
sweatshirt or waterproof to wear when leaving. Some evenings
can be very cold.
5. Outside sessions:
Children should bring a warm top
and tracksuit bottoms and a Waterproof if needed.
6. Correct footwear should be
worn at all times. We recommend a well-known brand of trainer.
Spikes can be worn for Cross Country races where permitted but
should not be worn on the track for training sessions.
7. Please ensure all clothing and
possessions are labelled and taken home
8. Can you please ensure that you
arrive for sessions at least 15mins before the scheduled start in
order to register and prompt pick-up afterwards would be
appreciated
9. For the sake of the children’s
progress can we politely ask that all parents, friends and other
relations refrain from coaching from the sidelines. Positive
encouragement is of coarse perfectly acceptable if not vital to a
child’s progress.
10. Please contact any of the
coaches if you have any problems with any aspect of our coaching
sessions |
